i bought my son these products for Xmas
Hp omen obelisk pc model no. 875-0051
Hp omen sequencer keyboard
Hp omen reactor mouse
Hp omen 800 headset.
But since he opened them up there has been an issue with mic echo when he’s playing and chatting online with his friends. The mic also seems to be on a constant buzz when ingame chat. My question is can i return This product to HP to either fix or refund for a working headset.

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- Have you tried updating the Audio drivers?
- Have you checked the headset with different devices?
