Product: HP Mindframe Prime

Hello, I bought the HP Omen Mindframe Prime recently and the light of the microphone stopped working after 2 days even though the microphone is muted up.

 

I tried reseting my settings to default but still nothing works,

The light of the microphone works for a very short time (a few miliseconds) when the PC is turned on then the light goes out.

My drivers are updated.

 

I really need help!!
