Hi @Sachin5357,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP M120 Wireless Mouse, and you're having trouble registering the product for support due to an invalid serial number. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the mouse connection issue and address the serial number problem:

Check Battery: Ensure that the battery in your wireless mouse has enough power. Sometimes, a low battery can cause connectivity issues. If the battery is low, replace it with a new one.

Reset the Mouse: Try resetting the wireless mouse by turning it off, removing the batteries, waiting for a few seconds, then reinserting the batteries and turning it back on. This can sometimes resolve connection issues.

Reconnect the Mouse: If your mouse has a USB receiver, try reconnecting it to a different USB port on your computer. Sometimes, changing the port can help establish a better connection.

Update Drivers: Make sure that you have the latest drivers installed for your HP M120 Wireless Mouse. You can usually download the drivers from the HP website or use the HP Support Assistant software to check for updates.

Check for Interference: Wireless mice can be affected by interference from other wireless devices or metal objects. Make sure there are no sources of interference nearby, and try using the mouse in a different location.

Regarding the issue with the serial number:

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
