After the portal opens all runs smoothly in the headset. However, the moment I turn on one of the controllers the headset goes black but the portal says the headset it connected. I've updated everything on my computer and triple checked my wire connections and it doesn't seem to do anything. I haven't seen anyone else with this problem yet online so this is my last ditch effort to try to fix the problem.
