Product: HP S1000 Wireless Mouse

Hello Sir,
Few Months back i bought a HP S1000 Wireless mouse from Amazon and it was working pretty good.
But In last 10-15 days,  it's not working. It sometimes stops its red optical light at bottom and cursor get stuck.
In Amazon it's written that you will find manufacturer warranty but i don't know how to claim so please help me.

Also the above mentioned serial no is not in your product list. please update it. i have tried with above provided PN, S/N etc... but it won't work.
