X200 Mouse Wireless

I purchased an X200 Mouse in June 2023 and from the first day, I noticed an issue with the switch. since it is new, the switch worked somehow since then. but now, for a few weeks, the switch got loose and it has some loose contact issues. because it does not stay ON. when I turn it ON, it goes off. Somewhere in the middle of ON and OFF is where the mouse works and it is so frustrating.  So I wanted to claim a warranty for the product. but this mouse is not getting detected in the HP website to register.
