Hello @Thelords88

Yes, that is how the Omen 600 mouse was programed at the factory.

The forward button is dedicated as a Sniper Button. Its supposed to slow down the mouse to 400 dpi while its pressed. Release the sniper button and the dpi goes back to normal.

Also, holding down the left and right main mouse buttons is used for resetting the mouse back to default settings, like if you change the DPI or LED colors but want to reset it and start over.

There is a firmware update that removes the simultaneous left and right mouse click and hold for resetting.

I don't think it removes the forward sniper function, no one has mentioned a review on whether it did or not.

BUT, if you upgrade the firmware and you decide you don't like it, you cannot reverse the firmware update. Its there to stay.

Hope that answers your question.

I just started reading the manual guide and i found to disable this feature you should press and hold the forward button and the scrolling wheel.   i must have activated this feature with out noticing  it  but thanks for telling me how to reset it
