HP gaming mouse M270 is experiencing issues. The dim red light and the need to constantly adjust it before use can be frustrating. Additionally, the hidden and covered serial number on the back of the mouse could pose a challenge for troubleshooting and warranty claims. I'm facing an issue with my HP gaming mouse M270 as it is not working properly. The mouse doesn't respond to movements, and the cursor on the screen remains stagnant. This problem has affected my overall gaming experience and productivity. I've tried troubleshooting by checking the connection, changing USB ports. I'm considering reaching out to HP customer support to see if they can provide a solution or potentially replace the mouse to resolve this problem.
