Hp omen 600 mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The hp omen mouse that arrived yesterday has yet to work even with the firmware update, I can't change the color of the mouse, the dpi, and the sniper button doesn't work at all.  I've looked through every thread and forum I could find but no answers.  I would really appreciate any solutions that don't require me to get a new mouse.

OMEN by HP Mouse 600

Sorry, no real help - just a couple of observations.

Sounds like a great mouse - too bad it is being stubborn.

The User Guide is nearly unreadable at any scale I can manage on a 27 inch HD monitor.  Shudder.  IF there is anything you can do with the commands, the tiny print does include the how-to for the items you mention.

No Joy...

If there is a tiny little serial number on the bottom of the errant mouse, you could try contacting HP and open a case.  On the other hand, even with the serial number, the response center may not recognize the serial number for a mouse.  (Personal opinion - I don't have access to the gargantuan databases used in the help center.)

So - try to contact HP Tech Support.

NOTE:  If you cannot contact HP Tech and / or cannot open a case, we do have limited means of forwarding a request for you.

Thanks man!  I'll probably just open a case like you suggested and see if they can help me troubleshoot my way through this mess.
