Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I just bought a mouse X900 and when I  connect it to my laptop it doesnt work or turn on. I dont know how to turn on.

 Pls help

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

HP X900 Wired Mouse is a plug and play device. Please try connecting it to a different port or to a different computer. 

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
