Omen 27c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the OMEN 27C (35D67AA) monitor brand new, and used it for about a week. From the moment I plugged it in, I had an issue where the display turns black for a few seconds (2-5), and then recovers. The monitor is not turning off as the power light on the front remains on consistently, the Displayport cable is not disconnecting as the monitor is not giving me any "No signal" messages (or any messages whatsoever for that matter), but even the built-in monitor settings menu disappears when this occurs. I have 2 other monitors connected (for a total of 3 including the OMEN), and the other monitors do not have any issues when this occurs. My computer also shows the monitor connected the entire time, it never disconnects on the software side. Additionally, I've checked Windows Event Viewer for logs, but no errors, warnings, or messages of any kind appear when this happens, so it is almost certainly not on the Windows side of things.

As mentioned, I purchased the monitor and used it for a week and the problem remained. I then returned the monitor, and ordered a new one of the exact same model assuming it was a lemon. I got the new monitor today (again, exact same model), and the issue is still occurring. On both monitors, I've tried 2 different computers, 4 different cables, 4 different ports, both HDMI and DisplayPort, and yet the problem persists across all configurations.

I am now at a loss for what to do to solve this problem. Anyone have any possible ideas? I'm about ready to just abandon ship and go for a different brand all-together.
