Product: photon

I use my Photon mouse on a work computer which i cannot install the omen gaming hub on. I change the button assignment on my personal pc (using gaming hub)

i use the button assignments. but i cant figure out how to change the saved profile stored on the mouse. if i have to change one, it stores the update until i turn it off, then it reverts to a previously stored assignment, its not reverting to default, its reverting to one that i have changed in the past so i know it can store it.

does anyone know how to update the built in memory for the button assignments
