OMEN SEQUENCER KEYBOARD

I just purchased OMEN SEQUENCER KEYBOARD but it’s not working on PS4 while it’s working fine with my laptop. Any advice?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Omen sequencer keyboard is not working with PS4.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

The compatible operating system for the keyboard is Windows and the PS4 runs on the Orbis OS, based on FreeBSD 9.

Thanks for the information but does it mean that the keyboard can’t work on PS4 or there is something that could be done?

please note that PS4 already recognizes the keyboard and shows it’s connected but it’s not working

As informed earlier, the supported operating system is only Windows. It may work with other operating systems however, HP doesn't create drivers for those operating systems.

I only got this keyboard for the  PS4, So now I should return it back to the seller because it’s not compatible or I can get the driver to make it work from any source?

I recommend you return the keyboard as it will not work with the PS4. You may try contacting PS4 support and check once whether there is any workaround to use the keyboard.
