My OMEN blast headset which was connected via USB to my windows 10(64bit),has broken with only oneside audible within a year, a warranty is active. However, its serial number cannot be recogized by the website, I cannot even check if the warranty is active or not, not to mention registering it to my account. The serial numbers are what I found on the headphone, the original package is discarded.
