OMEN by HP Keyboard with SteelSeries

Good day,

I've been trying to order an OMEN gaming keyboard from Amazon (UK) and get it sent to my current location, which is Switzerland. Now unfortunately Amazon seem to be unable to understand that I want a UK (QWERTY) one and not a German (QWERTZ) keyboard. Despite various communications they've twice sent the wrong keyboard.

What I'd like to know from HP is the specific product codes for the two keyboards, so I can go back to Amazon and tell them to find me the exact product code in their warehouse and send it to me.

Hello @PUJ

That keyboard only comes in one product number.

The country codes are not easily looked up. From what I can deduce from searching the web and comparing with the Product Description... Page 2

For the UK qwerty layout, the product number should be followed by #ABU.

The UPC number will be 190780087435

So the product number would read...  X7Z97AA#ABU

You probably were given #ABD

UPC number 190780087442

Thank you very much for your feedback. I can confirm that the product code of the keybord did end in ABD as I took a photo of it before I sent it back to Amazon!

I can now go back to them and get them to send the correct item based on the Product code ending in ABU.

Its looking like they were discontinued. Here in the USA, I cant find one except on eBay. HP Store or Amazon no longer carries them here.

Grab one if you still can. Good luck.
