OMEN by HP Mindframe Prime Headset

I have recently bought a OMEN by HP Mindframe Prime Headset but when trying to get them working they continue to work for 5 seconds then cut out and only when restarting the PC does it come back for another 5 seconds just to cut out again. 

 

I have updated all drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the omen gaming hub, checked compatibility with windows version and finally tested them on my friends PC with windows 10 still with no luck. I have tried my best to find contact information for HP or even just chat with their staff but its almost impossible to get help without paying £15 for it which is just poor standards of sales.

 

They are covered under warranty as they have only been purchased in the last month and if needs be can be sent for repair or replacement as its becoming a joke how difficult it is to just speak to a real person and get help on a product that could be a simple fix.

I see that you are facing audio issues with your OMEN By HP Mindframe Prime Headset.
 

Please follow the steps for audio settings on page 6 of this User Manual. (Click on the word User manual to open the web page).
