OMEN by HP Mindframe Prime Headset
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

It is a new headset. When I first used it, I heard the loud white noise. Then every time I can hear the noise. The noise is kind of obvious. I try to reconnect it but the noise still exists. 

 

Could someone help me with that?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I see you are experiencing loud white noise from the OMEN by HP Mindframe Prime Headset.

 

So to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Check if the issue with the Headphones persists with different computers?

 

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

In Windows, search for and open Windows Update settings.

Click Check for updates.

Windows automatically downloads and installs any available updates.

Restart the PC to complete the updates.

After the computer restarts, repeat the previous steps until Your device is up to date displays.

You might have to repeat this process several times until Windows is completely updated and also run all updates from HP support assistant.
