HP Recommended
Product: OMEN by HP Mindframe Prime Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The mic is not working and creating huge static noises. Very loud uncomfortable static noises. How can this be fixed? this product was purchased in August 2022 so I should still have warranty. But HP keeps saying the warranty expired in 2021. THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!!!
