I was so excited today when I got my new headset: OMEN by HP Mindframe Prime Headset, but that excitement quickly faded into frustration and then anger.   Right away I knew there was an issue because it IMMEDIATELY lagged out my computer.  I followed all instructions, updated the software and then proceeded to try to talk with my friends on discord and teamspeak.  The mic does not work at all.  Add to that when you have the mic in the 'on' position there is a horrible electronic hum/buzz that never goes away.  Seriously HP, from the comments and reviews this is a VERY known issue, why are you choosing to sell a product that is clearly defective.   Bad business practice.  I will be requesting a refund and it is unlikely I will trust your gaming products from this day forward.  If you aren't 100% certain of the product being sent out...DON'T SEND IT!!!
