Product: Omen 27sq

Bought at Omen 27sq the other day and having problems with DisplayPort. HDMI is working fine and I’m getting 144hz from it but I want the full 240 I paid for so I wanna get DP up and running. Currently it displays no input. But the strange thing is when I turn on the PC with only the DP plugged in I’m able to access the bios of my computer. But once my PC has finished booting and about to display the desktop I no longer get a signal.
