Hello, my Omen mouse has had an issue for a while now, but it seems worse recently: it double clicks instead of single clicks about 1/3 times I click the left mouse button and about 1/2 times I drag and release it double clicks on release. This makes it super difficult to select things and often leads to accidentally deleting items.


I tested the mouse events, [content removed] and sure enough, when pressed down it properly reports a "mousedown" event, but 1/2 times I release it reports a "mouseup - click - mousedown - mouseup - click" sequence.

I have the latest drivers, this occurred on both win 10 and win 11 on different computers, and the double click speed is at the fastest possible setting.

Does anyone have any insights as to the cause of this error or possible fixes?
