Omen Accelerator Shell G10
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I'm using the Omen Shell with my XPS 13 9370. A few days ago, the ethernet port stopped connecting and I can't use LAN in my XPS. When I connect to the router, the green light blinks, but the LAN option is not present even in the network connection options in  Win 10. I have installed all the drivers+checked the LAN cable. Is it an issue with the shell or windows 10?

Thanks in advance,

Prasanth.

@Prasanth_s

You are connecting your Dell directly to the router, correct?

The Accelerator shouldnt have anything to do with your ethernet connection this way.

Oh, well that makes it tough then. It could be anything causing the issue. Did Windows update at the same time this happened?

Otherwise I would have no idea what happened, there are no reported issues like this.

I assume your Accelerator is under warranty? If so...

I would suggest you contact HP Support for a warranty issue. They might have another update available that I dont know about.
