Product: OMEN Blast Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Didn’t know what category this would fall under. Bought a pair of brand new out of the box Omen Blast Headphones and when I use the usb plug that it came with the audio is really muffled and when I use the omen gaming hub to mess with some audio settings that doesn’t fix it or make it better and when I go into the device properties and edit the audio out put and the extra features doesn’t fix it or make it better

When you plug in an alternative set of headphones, is the sound quality normal?

 

If it is, I would start the return process of your Omen Blast Headphones for a refund immediately.  The return process is easy with companies such as Amazon but may unfortunately be far less convenient compared to other (online) retailers.  -Good luck.
