Dear support team. 

 

The seat of my HP Omen Citadel Gaming chair is in bad shape. Just from normally sitting on it the leather has cracks and is broken along the sewings. Otherwise I am satisfied by the chair and don’t want to buy a new one as it is only two years old. This means I need a replacement for the seat element. I tried to find it on the internet but could not get any result after even researching half a day. That is why I am writing to you finally, very much hoping that you can help me. I don’t mind paying for the seat module. But the problem is already finding one to replace mine in the first place.
