Hi!

I am facing with leather cracking problem as many other people. I have bought two of the Citadel Chair, my friend also bought two... Also I am using Omen monitor etc... So really love the products...

Than I faced with answer from one of the resellers, there is no way to order a replacement... I can order every little parts of the chair, but I cant order the Seat base...

 

This chair cost about 450 eur at my country, I bought two.. 1k eur on two chair, and I get no support after paying and supporting the Omen production line??  

I see no point of not selling me a new seat plate for example 100,150 eur. I would simple just pay it... Why do you want me to throw out your product and use another brand?!
Because of course,  I would not buy Omen chair again, not because its not one of the greatest chair what I used.... I wont buy it because I cant buy the main part of the chair, no aftermarket solution...

I am just dissapointed. Did anybody tried to replace the replace the upholstery? Any nice to have information?

Hi!

There is no option to select the Chair in the support list, so there is no way to open a ticket across the portal.

Okey so.. Hi @Elohi_NR 

 

What to do with the service center? When this is totally HP related question?

I mentioned, I already contacted one of the reseller of the product. They told me HP does not offer any support in this kind of problem...

 

Give me some kind of support email address, where I could create a ticket or any working alternative. Thanks.
