Just bought Omen X Mindframe headphones... trying to install the Omen Command Center which is used to control the settings for the headphones... have a non-HP laptop (Dell G5 5887 Windows Pro 64 bit). Installed command center from Microsoft Store, as recommended... installs ok, but when I attempt to launch Omen CC, it is failing with:

Omen Command Center only works on HP Machines.
Regards.

Actually, you can install the Omen Command Center (OCC) to any Windows 10 computer or Android device for Game Streaming, or if you have a peripheral like the Omen Headset.
For game streaming, the HOST computer has to be an Omen PC that came with the OCC preinstalled. But the participant computer can be any brand. HP YouTube info The participant computer just wont have the full features of the OCC available.
Which version build of Windows 10 is on your Dell? There might be an issue if you have 1903. I have the OCC installed on an old Gateway desktop with version 1809 and it worked right away. You could try forcing a Windows update to see if there is any missing files that need to be installed. Go to Windows update and click the Check for Updates button, even if it already shows its up to date. If that doesn't work, you might have something odd on that dell that is blocking the OCC from working.

Yeah, I am running Windows 10 Pro 1903 build 18362.207... just upgraded about a week ago... Windows Update is not picking up any more updates for me... The first error seems to point to a .NET issue... not sure why the install of OCC wouldn't also include the appropriate .NET version though... Well the headphones/cooling still works... just can't adjust any of the settings right now...

There have been many reports from users in the past that have had issues with the OCC and Windows 10 Pro for some odd reason not working. Some users get lucky, some dont with the Pro version.
You might look into manually updating the .Net framework. Might help, might not.
