Product: HP ZBook Studio 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (30N08AV)

Hi. Omen Gaming Hub is causing Vector Wireless mouse jittering and lagging especially after mouse wake up. For couple of seconds mouse is unusable because of the lag. Mouse firmware is updated to latest by the way. Sometimes it gets completely unusable with constant lag and moving like 10 fps speed and also slowmotion lol.

 

Another problem is keyboard rgb lighting effect is resetting to it's default after couple of minutes. I deleted the Omen Gaming Hub after configuring mouse and keyboard and all my problems are gone and latest options are sticked with keyboard and mouse.(Ghosting effect on keyboard RGB etc..)

 

Keyboard lighting problem  started happening 1 month ago but mouse issue was there for me all along since i purchased it. Which is like 3-4 months ago.

 

Omen Gaming Hub got worse and worse since i am using Zbook Studio G8 which was purchased on April 2022 especially after Windows 11 22H2. I hope HP fixes this buggy software asap.
