Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S7AV)

I just selected without checking that the software as about to delete all the files in my download folder. I tried recycle bin, recover data software (cueva, easeus, diskdrill, stellar data). None of that is finding the files (about 70gb). I do not have one drive or a backup folder configuration enabled or a restore point from windows (I would never imagine that a software would have this unnecessary function). Is there anything I can do to restore these files!?
