Product: Omen X by HP Mindframe Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have this headset from xmas,  all was fine until around a month ago it just decided to start throwing static out when i moved the mic down to turn it on,  everybody  on discord hears it and its not going away, can somebody help me get this item returned as its now useless

I have the same issue with my mindframe headset, I ended up just buying a blue yeti mic and routing my input through that. I've read some people have found it is due to the contact between the headphone and the mic and that there MIGHT be a way to clean it. Good luck with your return, HP support is hopeless.
