As you may know when the Mindframe Mic is flipped up it mutes. I have had this headset for a while now and love it, however one day it started to sound fuzzy, but only when it is unmuted. It stops sounding fuzzy after I flip it all the way down. I also have a tendency to bend the part of the mic that is rubber, closer to me, so people can hear me better. That also sounds fuzzy when I bend it, but stops after I put it back into place. This has started to become a serious problem, as every time I join a call and flip down my mic, even if I do it slowly, it earrapes the whole call. I can also hear it. This happens even in voice chat in-games. I think this may be a hardware issue, but not sure. Please help.

Hi@C110_,
I reviewed your post and I understand that there is static noise from the microphone when you play games.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Does this happen on all the games?
Have you checked the settings in the game and on the computer?
Meanwhile, follow the below steps and check if it helps.
1. Run Audio Troubleshooter
- Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in
Windows search.
- Click on "Playing Audio".
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Disable enhancements
- Right Click on the Volume icon on the taskbar, select "Recording“, Double
click on Microphone.
- Open the Enhancements / Effects Tab.
- Check "Disable All Sound / System Effects“. Click Apply, OK, test the Microphone again.
3. Change format of the Microphone
- Right click on the Volume Icon on the taskbar, select "Recording Devices".
- Double click on Microphone.
- Go to the Advanced Tab, choose any of the 16 bit options on the list.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
