I am so incredibly frustrated.  This is my second pair of Omen Mindframe headphones in year.  Both did and are having static issues.  I have gone through support twice with no resolution.  I have troubleshooted my computer and did everything exactly as the virtual assistant told me to and still having issues.  I used these headphones for work and it is stopping me from doing my job.

I am not sure if it has to do with the microphone or what.  It is consistence static no matter where I put the microphone. I have had this current set for a little less than 2 months.  The first set, I thought I had broken them somehow, so I did not think anything of it.  The second set I have a stand that they rest on when not in use, and have been very careful when using them.  The static is constant when in use.

sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by that.
Can you test with another device?
if it is indeed the headphones that are not suitable then try to get a refund, and buy a completely different model
