Omen Outpost Mousepad
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm actually having a couple of issues.  First and foremost - my mousepad's RGB isn't working for the main mouse pad area - the logo at the top is working, but the perimeter coloring is not.  I have messed with the settings on the OMEN Command Center - but have had no luck.  I have seen a couple of YouTube videos and it seems their mousepads weren't lit up either.

My second question is that I'm having some issues syncing the mousepad to the mouse RGB.  In the command center I have even selected the sync with mouse option for the pad, but haven't had any luck so far - this has to do with color cycling.  Thanks for your help!

Hello @SowerDaddy

That mouse-pad is a new product and we haven't had any dealings with them on the forum yet.

Only info I can find on it is that to get FULL functionality out of the mouse-pad including perimeter lighting and such, you have to connect the USB-C cable directly into a full 15-watt USB-C port.

If you use the adapter splitter for USB-A ports, the only thing that will work is the logo lighting.

Hope it helps.

Just tested this out. He's right, you need to plug it into USB-C port. Most modern PCs have it, and if you have an omen pc (Obelisk, etc.) They have them.
