Product: Omen Mindframe Prime

First thing, I do own t his headset, I don't know where to find the serial number for it. I recently got an Omen Prime headset that I've used about 5 times. It was great while it worked but after that short time the mic is no longer being detected. I use this for gameplay with discord and have checked all the options I could in discord to see if it was the program. I have also "reset to default" in the omen gaming hub, I've updated drivers, restarted my computer, reinstalled discord. I have also tried the headset on my partners computer and it doesn't work wither. I've also noticed that the mic is supposed to beep when put up into the mute position or down in the talking position, but it does not do that. This leads me to believe that it is in a perpetual state of mute. Is there any fix for this?
