Omen Sequencer Gaming Keyboard
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an Omen X Compact gaming computer with the omen sequencer keyboard as well. Randomly while I was playing a game, my keyboard went to the default red colors on the "asdw" buttons on the keyboard. When I go to my omen command center to change the colors back, I noticed that my settings still show my animation I originally had on (starlight). I try to change my colors in the command center and they do not change from the default red colors. My mouse and headphones both still allow me to change colors. It may be as simple as a key I accidentally pressed, but I wanted to see if this is a mechanical problem or a setting I need to change.

Thank you!

Hey there! @aspencer10,

Try the steps recommended below.

Uninstall the omen command center from the PC and install the latest version from this link. Click Here

Customize the colors of the static colored zones on the keyboard.

Select a template

Multizone—Allows you to create your own template by selecting multiple zones. To select a range
of keys as a zone, press and hold Ctrl while simultaneously clicking and dragging the mouse. There
can be more than two zones

Select a color for each zone.
● BASIC—Select a color from the menu.
● ADVANCED—Use the Hue and Brightness sliders to select an exact color.
3. To save changes, select Apply. To return to the beginning of the procedure, select Discard changes

Refer the keyboard user guide to know more information about changing the backlight colour. Click Here

Let me know if this works!

I hope you have a great day! 🙂

Thank you for the help, but unfortunately this did not work. The issue is more towards when I do go into the command center and try to change the colors, it will not change, even when I hit apply. I can change them with the FN key still but not from the command center. I also have some weird error where when I do try and make a new profile in my command center, It shows I have no games installed when It originally showed all of my games a few weeks ago. Not entirely sure what is going on but I feel like this is a software issue.

Could you share the screenshot of the error?

Meanwhile:

Create a new user account and check if that works fine?

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts.
  3. Select Family & other users.
  4. Tap "Add someone else to this PC."
  5. Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information."
  6. Select "Add a user without a Microsoft account."
  7. Enter a username, type the account's password twice, enter a clue and select Next.
