Product: Omen Vector
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After installing Omen Gaming Hub, my mouse cursor will freeze and jitter in first-person games. Doesn't happen in third-person, though. I uninstalled and the problem went away. I am using an Omen Vector Mouse.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Omen Vector Mouse freezes.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Install OMEN Gaming Hub by downloading the app from the Microsoft Store.
  • Click on this link for further help.
