Product: OMEN Vector Wireless Mouse

I own an Omen Vector wireless mouse which recently started having double click issues.

 

It's a hardware problem, not software. After digging HP Inc support website, I finally succeed in creating a case to claim warranty for this product to either repair the mouse or replace it

 

The numbers I can see in the back of the mouse are the following:

 

SPS PN: M09403-001

Product number: 2B349AA

S/N: [personal information removed]

Model: HSA-P010M

 

I bought the mouse in France on 09/06/2021 for 100€ and support just told me they can repair or replace because the warranty is over... That means such a gaming mouse which is expected to be an high quality device to support "50 million clicks" (source: https://www.omen.com/emea_middle_east/en/accessories/mice/omen-vector-wireless-mouse.html) is dead after only 3 years... just like any other 15€ mice!!!!

 

Pretty unfair, isn't it?
