Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've bought an omen gaming desktop yesterday and it came with an omen monitor omen mouse and omen keyboard. I downloaded omen gaming hub but it only showed my monitor and desktop. I want to set macros for my keyboard and mouse. My mouse is a vector omen mouse but I currently don't know what my keyboard is.
