Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My keyboard is OMEN by HP Keyboard with SteelSeries. My laptop is Lenovo Legion Y530.

After connecting the keyboard to my laptop, the keyboard stops working after few minutes, sometimes I get lucky and the keyboard works for maybe half an hour or more.

When the keyboard stops working the buttons for typing will stop functioning but media keys will still be functioning. To make the keyboard work again I will have to restart my laptop or reconnect the usb cable of the keyboard then it will stop working again after some time.

@banhien

Thank you for your response.
I have tried installing the software but it didn't help. I also tried using the latest Steelseries GG software and still no luck. Do you have other suggestions to fix the problem?

Best Regards.
