OMEN by HP Keyboard with SteelSeries

The keyboard works fine but if I turn on bluetooth on my laptop and connect a bluetooth audio device, then the keyboard lights will flash then all the keys will stop working except media keys, layer keys and the lights.

I have also tried installing Steelseries GG software but it didn't help. Other keyboards works fine with the laptop without issue even if bluetooth device is connected.

Product name: X7Z97AA
Software installed from: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-by-hp-keyboard-with-steelseries/12733358/model...

Laptop: Lenovo Legion Y530

Depending on BT version, It may support few devices BUT it only use one at a time. You have to ask Lenovo what is the BT version on your machine. With Bluetooth 5, you may be able to use 2 BT devices SAME time.

Regards.

I have LMP 8.602 which I think is bluetooth 4.2. The keyboard would immediately flash and stops working even if I only connect one bluetooth headset. It's kind of strange why most of the keys would stop working and the only keys working are media keys.

I also have logitech gaming mouse but it would still work properly even if bluetooth devices are connected.

Regards.
