OMEN by HP Keyboard with SteelSeries

The keyboard works fine but if I turn on bluetooth on my laptop and connect a bluetooth audio device, then the keyboard lights will flash then all the keys will stop working except media keys, layer keys and the lights.

I have also tried installing Steelseries GG software but it didn't help. Other keyboards works fine with the laptop without issue even if bluetooth device is connected.

Depending on BT version, It may support few devices BUT it only use one at a time. You have to ask Lenovo what is the BT version on your machine. With Bluetooth 5, you may be able to use 2 BT devices SAME time.

I have LMP 8.602 which I think is bluetooth 4.2. The keyboard would immediately flash and stops working even if I only connect one bluetooth headset. It's kind of strange why most of the keys would stop working and the only keys working are media keys.

I also have logitech gaming mouse but it would still work properly even if bluetooth devices are connected.
