Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- What is the exact model for your keyboard?
- What is the operating system you are using?
I await a response at your earliest convenience.

Are you facing this issue in all the games or any particular game?
Is the space bar working in Windows?
Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the keyboard driver from device manager and restart the computer and check if it helps.
Here is how it is done.
Select "Device Manager" from the pane on the left. Expand the Keyboards section, right-click on the keyboard you want to repair and choose "Uninstall." Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Restart." When your computer boots up, Windows will detect your keyboard and install the driver.
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!

There seems to be a radio silence on this issue.
Can someone at HP please advise a firmware update if that's what's wrong, or a recall/replacement.
You can't advertise anti-ghosting with n-key rollover, when you can't hold w+(insert key here)+space which is a common key combination in gaming.
