Hi @Spark7777,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This situation will need some additional support from our internal teams in HP as we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

I purchased a similar product from amazon day before yesterday. I tried to check the warranty status of my product as well but couldn't find any match with my serial number. I wanted to make sure as i bought a similar mouse before purchasing a new one and i couldn't claim warranty of my previous mouse. This type of fraud is not expected from such a reputed company. Please provide the solution as soon as possible otherwise I will have to return my product and share my experience with my colleagues and family and ask them to never purchase anything from HP. Thank You!
