I wanted to ask if I could use a high speed hdmi cable to get 1080p@120hz without using display port on my hp omen 27 1440p@165hz gaming monitor

I’m trying to hook up my Xbox one s but at 1080p@120hz but couldn’t with the given cable and then I searched online for hours but couldn’t.
