Does the omen logo behind the display panel light up on hp omen 15 2019 rtx model

Have no way of knowing unless you give us the full product number of which ever 2019 omen you have.

The product number is located in the HP Support Assistant.
Go to the Start menu and scroll to H>HP Help and Support>HP Support Assistant.
Open the program and click on your computer in the list.
The Product Number will be listed either on the top or bottom of the window.

or you might also find it on the bottom if its a laptop.

Hi,

Is this the model you have (maybe not exact model, but series)

The Logo on the back of the notebook does not light up. Only the keyboard has RGB lighting (4 zone).
