I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with an HP chair that I purchased from MediaMarkt(Germany) approximately two years ago. Recently, the chair broke underneath the seat, causing me to fall. Upon inspection, I noticed that the metal welds under the seat had come apart, leading to the chair's breakage. The chair is now completely unusable due to this issue.

Given the circumstances, I would like to inquire about any available warranty coverage or potential solutions that HP may offer in such cases. I have attached photos of the damage for your reference, and I can provide proof of purchase if required.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed and whether there is any way to repair or replace the chair. Your assistance would mean a lot to me, as this situation has caused some inconvenience.
