Dear Support Team,

I am currently facing an issue with my HP GK100F keyboard. It seems that the firmware has become corrupted, and the keyboard is no longer functioning properly. There are no signs of physical damage or any short circuits.

I was able to enter flashing mode by holding Esc + Space while plugging it in. However, I now need the correct procedure and the exact .bin firmware file to re-flash the keyboard and restore its functionality.

As a loyal HP customer, I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Your support in providing the correct firmware and instructions would mean a lot to me.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Sincerely,
ZYRO

@ZYRO_GAMING, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP GK100F Keyboard!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

You mentioned that the keyboard might have corrupted firmware and that you were able to enter what seems like a flashing mode using Esc + Space while plugging it in. That’s an interesting detail—can you share how or why you attempted to update the firmware in the first place? Were you following any specific guide or software prompt?

That said, the HP GK100F is a plug-and-play device, and there’s no official firmware flashing process or .bin file provided by HP for this model. Typically, these keyboards don’t require any manual firmware updates, and we don't support re-flashing them like you would with some custom mechanical keyboards.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
