Hello,
I own an HP Reverb G2 VR headset and I am experiencing recurring connection issues with the original cable.
The audio frequently cuts out, and Windows Mixed Reality repeatedly loses connection to the headset. This makes the headset difficult to use reliably.
I understand that HP released a revised Rev.2 replacement cable for the Reverb G2 to address connection and USB-related issues with the original cable.
I would therefore like to request a replacement of my original cable with the revised Rev.2 cable, free of charge.
My headset details are:
Product: HP Reverb Virtual Reality Headset G2
Product No.: 1N0T5AA#AB
Please let me know how I can arrange the replacement and what information you require from me.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Zoltán
