My brand new insignia dp to hdmi wont work with my monitor for my ps4 pro it says the the display port is inactive and i can seem to change my resolution while on hdmi when i go to the image menu it doesnt have an option to change the res and the image rescaling is gray and gets skipped over please help

Does the monitor work with another computer or laptop?

 

Have you tried the Insignia cable with other monitors?

 

Try downloading the Monitor driver from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/products/ and let me know how it goes
