I don't have an issue with my laptop. I cannot register my VR headset, a Reverb G2. I'll send a pm (i can't find out how).

Just to share my experience.  I preordered the G2 and was given the opportunity to claim £50 back due to the delay in delivery.

I also have been unable to input the serial number and product number to claim the compensation.  When I've emailed the UK distributer directly, no response.

I've never been mugged in the street for £650 before and it does not feel good.

Headset not working due continually disconnecting with no reason.  Now I have to spend the rest of my time trying everything to resolve it because HP does not care and refuse to help.
