HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 11

System; Asus Prime X570-P board with Ryzen 5 5600x, Geforce RTX3070ti.

Purchased new G2  in August 2022, connected via USB c & display port PCI card.

All USB's have sleep disabled.

Everything has been fine until last weekend. Now when I start Mixed Reality Portal it says connect headset.

Small white LED power indicator on the main cable, HP does not light up on the VR

connected and disconnect USB C, or move to another USB C, no difference.

Thought the PCI card was faulty, purchased another USB C PCI card, Mixed Reality Portal starts fine and recognises G2.

shut down and restart the PC and we are back to "connect headset".

Same with the original PCI card refitted.

Move the PCI card to another slot, everything is fine until you restart again and it's back to "connect headset".

Have reinstalled MRP with no difference.

Any suggestions please?
