HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset

I have the Reverb G2 V2. I use it for MSFS mostly and seems to work great. I load Mixed Reality and when in MSFS hit the Ctrl+Tab and goes to the headset and everything works fine. When I just want to go into the mixed reality or even Steam to explore other things it works until I turn my controllers on. When they are on the screen goes blank. Doesn't matter if I turn them on before or after I load Mixed reality. Sometimes the screen turns on for a bit and then turns off. If I moved my head the screen may flicker. I first though it was a cable issue, but I can move my head all around in MSFS and have no issues. When in mixed reality and screen goes blank. I can hear everything. I move the toggle on controls or press a button I can hear it making my choices. If I press the play button in Mixed reality on desktop I can see the house and everything as I should. It moves around when I move the headset around. Maybe twice I have gotten to work as it should. I thought it may be a cable issue since it sometimes would flicker if I play with the cable, but i can restart everything. Open MSFS, use the headset and no issues. I have done all updates to Windows, drivers, and bios. Any Ideas?

Did you ever find a solution for this issue?  I just got my headset connected yesterday and have run into the same exact problem.

There was a problem with the actual headset. I purchased from Trendfort.com and they were great. They sent me a new cable and it didnt correct it. They replaced the headset and corrected the issue. HP and everyone else I spoke to had no clue why it was doing it.

Awesome, that's good to hear.  I got mine from Trendfort also.  Thank you for the tip!
